Only high quality 58 facet conflict free diamonds are selected for recutting . Once selected they are sent to one of three master diamond cutters around the world. It is only these highly specialized diamond cutters that have been able to obtain the presion cutting that is required for each C.O.L.diamond. This process takes several days to perfect and is cut individually, buy hand, to perfection. Although the diamond loses additional weight in this process, it has created the pattern that holds special meaning for a great many people and, in many cases improves the light performance of the original. In fact, when initially recutting to this pattern of three cross images we measured its brilliance on the light performance scale. It astounded us to learn that the light return from this pattern exceeded that of other well known cuts. So to us this diamond is not only the most meaningful diamond in the world but, also the most beautiful. And we would expect nothing less than this from a design that represents divine love.
